Gift Idea

Okay...so this is not a t-shirt surgery the way I did it, but it can be one.

I made this necklace the other day and it was so simple. I thought you guys might like to see it, because I think it would make a great easy gift, and it can be made out of a t-shirt.

The Gap was having a sale on these silky ribbony things. They were 99 cents each.

You can use something like that, or sew a long t-shirt scrap into a tube.

If you use a pre-made ribbon thing, cut one end off.

Get wooden (or some other kind) balls. They should look like they fit inside the ribbon. It's better to get them a little too small then too big.

Leave enough room to tie the ribbon in a bow, and slide the balls inside the ribbon and knot after each ball.

When you are done, it will look like this:

I hope that was a little helpful, and easy enough to follow. Like I said, this isn't a t-shirt, but it can be. Delete this if you want.
